How the work actually gets done.
Trade casting in 3 days — what's actually happening at the bench
Why our castings come back in three working days, not the usual weekly cycle — step by step, from your file landing to the cast on your bench.
CAD to cast — file requirements, tolerances, and what slows down a quote
The pre-flight checklist from our CAD bench: formats, wall thickness, tolerances, and the handful of mistakes that slow a quote down.
Numbers you can schedule your bench around.
No minimum order, no negotiated rates — the same published rate card and the same turnaround whether you cast one piece a year or fifty a month.
Quote on any CAD or sketch you send.
Casting back on your bench, most metals.
Repair and restoration triaged and quoted.
Insured shipping, within the week.
Insured in transit, segregated on the bench, discreet by default.
Insured, both ways
Metal and stones travel insured and signed-for. Every parcel is logged in on arrival, photographed and weighed, and stored segregated in our Diamond District safe until it ships back to you.
We work behind you
Pieces come back unbranded, ready to hand to your client. We never contact or market to your customer — the relationship stays entirely yours.
Your designs stay yours
CADs, models and drawings are confidential. We don't reuse a client's design, and we'll sign your NDA on request.
What jewellers ask before sending the first job.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One piece or fifty — the same published rate card and the same turnaround, whether you cast once a year or every week.
What files do you accept for casting?
STL and 3DM (Rhino) are ideal; STP and IGES are best for parametric solids. Our CAD-to-cast guide covers formats, wall thickness and tolerances.
How fast is casting?
We quote within 24 hours of seeing your file, and most metals are cast and back on your bench within three working days of approval.
How are my metal and stones handled?
Insured and signed-for both ways, logged, photographed and weighed on arrival, and stored segregated in our Diamond District safe.
Will my client know you made it?
No. Pieces ship unbranded and ready to hand over, we never contact your customer, and your designs are confidential — we'll sign an NDA on request.
How do trade pricing and accounts work?
Apply with your VAT or registration number for a published, non-negotiated rate card, a named contact, and 30-day terms once the first few jobs are settled.
