How it works

Four steps from drop-off to delivery.

Most repairs take two to four weeks. Restorations of antique pieces can take longer if a stone needs to be sourced or a part needs to be remade.

Drop off. In person at the atelier, or insured shipping if you're far.

Triage. Within 48 hours, we send you a fixed-price quote and a timeline.

Repair. Once you approve, the bench takes over. Photos sent at the halfway point.

Return. By hand at the atelier, or insured and tracked.

A note on antique pieces Restoration of antique and signed pieces is treated differently — we don't always recommend it, especially when value lies in the patina. We'll be honest about what's worth doing.
